Why we changed our name

Hynes Legal has been a respected name in strata law for many years. When Hynes Legal merged with Redchip Lawyers in 2023, Hynes Legal continued to trade in the market unchanged for 2 years.

Redchip Lawyers has built a strong reputation across the commercial, property and litigation legal landscapes for 25 years. Strata law is a natural fit within Redchip’s exiting ecosystem of clients and services.

From an internal business perspective, it was important to integrate Hynes Legal fully into Redchip Lawyers, and for the firm to operate cohesively as one business. This allows for better resourcing and knowledge sharing, to best serve our clients.
